SENIOR BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT
As a Senior BAA on Shirts & Knitwear I support a Junior Buyer. I pull and report on Monday trade figures compiling our areas performance. I work closely with our Merch and Planners to discuss OTB and the right percentage mix for our classes, alongside managing the brands intake and discussing inventory levels. I develop strong relationships with suppliers through placing and tracking of purchase orders, whilst negotiating cost prices to meet our target margin. I believe my awareness of market trends and analysing consumer figures helps to create a strong cross divisional team between Buyers, Merch and Design.

My extensive knowledge of PLM software enabled me to send development and production packs, alongside adding new colourways to styles. I developed into working closely with the men's design team using my menswear knowledge in fit, fabric and product lockdown sessions.
